well taking a shower would not help much if he went out, got trashed,blacked out and played with people's food or trash while in a total blackout.. you are bound to wake up with weird stuff on you. Perhaps it is a bit of belly button lint that has collected and compacted over the years and now just looks like rice? The only way to be sure is to eat it. ;)
