Today, I was going to do some laundry, with the washer and dryer I bought off of Craigslist for 150 dollars. The washer leaks and the dryer doesn't dry. So I called the guy and left an angry message about how the washer flooded my kitchen. In fact I just forgot to hook up the drain hose. FML

What a coincidence. I happen to live in Texas and my upstairs neighbor forgot to hook up their drain hose and ended up flooding our place too! Perhaps you are my neighbor?

hmmmm it's possible you should have considered that there was a reason the set only cost you $150 when a brand new, perfectly working, delivery and INSTALLATION included set could easily cost 10x more.

It could have been worse... you could have spent $1000 on a washer and dryer and still flooded your kitchen because you didn't connect the drain hose.
At least now you have learned an important lesson: when bad things happen to you, it's probably because of something you did, not because of someone else.
The drain hose has nothing to do with the leaking and not drying aspect of it. Epic fail on your part, btw.
