So how could the OP think ahead on this?
If that situation happened to me, I couldn't exactly aim pee on his hand, being a girl, but I would step on his phone or throw it into the toilet (before deleting whatever he had taken).
And if I was pushed over or tilted while in there, I think trying to rub whatever was spilled on me onto him would be fair.

i think what OP is referring to is the kinda of portable toilet with multiple stalls. these have openings at the bottom of each stall to let air circulate.

There are portable bathrooms with a space beneath them for particularly hot work sites. Sometimes in Florida we used them, and they are the greatest inventions ever for hot construction sites.

Today, I dropped my phone near a porta potty. I went to pick it up, but my hand got stuck in the opening under the door. As I tried to pull it out, some asshole pissed on my hand and my phone. I then tried even harder to pull my hand out, but managed to tip the porta potty in the process. I now have a broken phone and a black eye. FML.

A porta-john is one of those miniature bathrooms that instead of having any running water, dump all human waste into a small bin under the seat itself. And if you ever see one, it's just a tall rectangle with some weights at the bottom. 1 good tackle is all that's needed to tip it and have all the crap pour onto the unlucky person inside.
