it could have been a good situation, like other people have said, but even if it's not, don't read too much into it. i've had plenty of dreams which have no relation to things i would actually do, and don't say it's just subconscious or something. if you read a book or see a movie you can dream about it without it being a reflection of your subconscious desires...

It could have been like the Vietnam airlift or something where it's "Take my children to safety, let me die"
Actually...at first glance, it seems bad. But it really depends on the context. What if she was in a situation where being the one "taken" was a good, life-saving thing, and the person who was left behind would die? A fire, a terrorist attack, a plane going down or a sinking boat...any of those situations could result in her saying that.
I don't think it's so bad. It's just a dream. You can't really read too much into what people say in their sleep, it's just gibberish really.
I really wish there was a "So what?" option.

I will agree with those who have suggested that it was probably a dream where she was trying to help you. My mother once had the misfortune to actually be in such a situation, when she and my sister were trying to jump into a small lifeboat, and the crewman piloting it pulled away from the sinking (and violently pitching) ship while my mother was trying to pull my sister (in shock at the time) into it. My mother is not the sort of person to say a thing like that, and so what she said when the crewman refused to return to the ship was closer to "Go back or I will kill you" (he very quickly changed his mind about returning), but I could certainly see a mother in that situation say such a thing - there is a certain protective behaviour in many mothers that seems almost instinctual and primal in scenarios where their children are in danger.
That's from "The Simpsons". There's an alien invasion, and Homer says "Please don't abduct me! I have a wife and kids! Take them instead!"
(Or something like that...)
