Erectile dysfunction is something that can affect men of all ages... although the irony must sting. They're doing some great things these days in terms of medication. The more pressing issue here, I believe, is how to get the image of sweet ol' grandpa with a boner out of your head.

How does your grandpa know he doesn't have any issues... unless he is actually having sex on a regular basis, he doesn't know if he can keep an erection up on a regular basis during sex. either way, the best thing to do is to be honest with your partner, she can help and be understanding, but only if she knows whats going on
