I see one way out of this situation. Tell your mother that you can either spend the evening at your friend's birthday party, or lounging around the house completely naked while licking whipped cream off your own nipples. She'll come around eventually, I'm sure.

your username is concerning. If your mother makes you feel unwanted or like you aren't good enough then it might well be emotional abuse. if that is the case please know you are not alone and there is help out there. talking to a teacher or counsellor might help
