What's important is not weight, but proportion. You need to have a high proportion of non-fatty mass to fatty mass. I am 5'9", and I weigh about 140 pounds. That sounds overweight, but I'm not even close. I have a lot of muscle and very little fat. So, OP, you need to focus on having a healthy body composition, and not on how much you weigh.
