Man or woman?

Today, I had a mental breakdown after going through severe depression for several years. I told my boyfriend that everybody thinks I'm useless, to which he replied, "No you're not. You cook me good dinners." FML

OP, if you do this very often, then he probably got sick of it. Imagine, dating someone who had mental breakdowns everyday or so & having to explain to them they actually mean something. EVERYDAY. If you don't do this everyday, then he was probably just trying to cheer you up a bit by adding some dry humor. He probably thought it would make you laugh or something. You never know.

I think cooking good dinners is better than being a crappy cook, nice work!
