Work husband

Today, a coworker told me she may be in love with me. I admitted similar feelings and we agreed, since we're both happily married, not to spend time together anymore. Two hours later we were both promoted to run the same project, where we'll be "working hand in glove for the next couple of years." FML

Just remember hand in glove doesn't equal ring on finger.

State that there is a conflict of interest to your boss. You really don't want to put yourself in that position, OP, especially once you decide to be loyal to your spouse.

"if you find yourself in love with 2 people, go for the second because if you truely loved the first, you wouldnt of fallen for the second" - johnny depp

can we just stop with this Depp quote please. I'm pretty sure the OP's situation is a little more complicated than just loving two people

"I'm sure Bob Marley never said that"-David Tennant

"I doubt Britney was sober enough to say that"- Charlie Sheen

Good on you that you won't cheat on your SO. If something does happen I know you'll do it right and fairly. Good luck, OP

Well this is a problem...can't one of you back out? Or both of you for that matter...

As long as there is a glove between you and her its all good

do you really love your husband if you are developing feelings for someone else?

Shame on u!! Your married!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait! You didn't use enough exclamation points, and you need more to get your point across. Here: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEAH! HOW DARE OP MATURELY COME TO AN AGREEMENT TO NOT CHEAT ON HIS SPOUSE, WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT!

I think you're still missing some exclamation marks, here borrow some of mine, I have spares! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The project is a business. Not personal. If you both are truly are happily married then why have such feelings? It might a "Taylor swift " effect between you two.

I actually feel for you. Yes, sometimes you fall in love with someone else, but that's way different than having a longlasting (happy!) marriage. I think it's a good thing not to follow your feelings and I really hope you get a chance to work normally together. It's probably just a crush ;) Maybe you should seek at home what you find with your coworker? Your marriage probably needs some kind of a boost ;)
