Today, my boss sat me down for my evaluation. Not only did she have nothing good to say because she was evaluating me for last season when I first started, but she started comparing me to the part timers and how well they're doing. I'm a full time assistant manager. FML

Then you are probably doing a terrible job. Don't think that you are better just because you landed a better job. Clearly even your boss thinks that "part-timers" are better than you.

That's your boss's indirect way of telling you that one of those part-timers will have your job in 6 months if you don't shape up. If your boss didn't already give you instructions/advice on how to improve, ask for some. At least it'll show some initiative on your part.
