Today, I received a "Reply All" email from a colleague, in which they vented their frustration with our boss. Unbeknownst to them, our boss was included in the distribution list. Our whole open plan office became a silent comedy of awkward glances. FML

Today, I was emailing my department about a huge meeting we’re going to have. I was also emailing back and forth with another colleague about office gossip. I absentmindedly replied to the wrong email. I hit reply all to the meeting e-mail, saying that the new supervisor of X department was "so fucking retarded." FML

Today, my coworker sent an email to the whole company asking us to fill in a survey. I've been secretly seeing her for two months, so I responded with "sure thing baby, and by the way I ran out of condoms, can you bring more for tonight?" I accidentally hit reply all. FML

Today, I sent an email to my boss saying I'd fixed a glitch in our mail servers. He called me later, angrily shouting that I'd done a piss-poor job of fixing it, because my email had spammed his inbox with several hundred duplicate messages. FML

Happened to my school. One single student mailed all the students who belongs to my school in the entire country. Let's just say that there were a lot of replies…

That's nothing. We had one that was sent to all 14000 employees with an email address. Had over 1000 responses saying stop replying to all by using reply all. Crashed our severs and meant IT had to reset all email accounts. Grand **** up!

I work It it is amazing how often this happens. That and oh lets use the entire company email list to send out an email about some either not important in the least or super critical that freaks everyone out... just pay attention to want you're doing.

The most "STOP USING REPLY ALL" reply all emails I've gotten was 80 in the span of an hour.
