The manager probably only took her side to assure her that it won't happen again so they don't lose that customer. As soon as she left he/she was probably talking about how crazy she is. It happens all the time where I work.

The customer is not always right. It is your job to edumacate them into things. That however does not cover the fact that your manager needs to grow a pair and grow up. Siding with a customer who is obviously in the wrong is childish and irresponsible. What next, customer will bring in a broken camera and claim you broke it and he'll deduct it from your pay?

that customer is one stupid woman she shouldnt be gettin all butt hurt at you for how she has the inability to take a picture sooo yeah

tell your manager that you feel harassed and you want it to stop. if he doesn't take it the right way, then you should just ignore everything and maybe your boss will get some common sense
