As an epileptic who suffers from seizures daily he/she was most likely very tired and out of it. Maybe just go over and apologize. When i have a seizure i'm not aware of anything and can't remember a lot. So maybe he or she doesn't remember you yelling.

Don't worry. You didn't know. He should have let people know (if he knew that he had them) so people could help or in the least be aware of his issue. Just send a card over saying you hope he's ok and if he needs anything you just let you know.

As other people are saying an apology would be nice. Don't best yourself up over it though. You couldn't see what was happening so it isn't really your fault. Then again you also shouldn't jump to conclusions. We all learn from our mistakes :)
