Today, a customer yelled, "I'll bash your fuckin' face in, cunt" at me at 9:30am because we don't serve the lunch menu at breakfast time. Yes, the 15-year-old girl in high school is responsible for McDonald's entire menu. FML

Today, as the manager of a McDonald's, I had to ask a group of high school kids to calm down after several complaints from other guests. Their rational response was to pour soda on my head and throw burgers at me. Upon returning from chasing them out, I sprained my foot. FML

Today, my mom was "that" customer at the local drive-thru. She slipped into attention whore mode and bitched the guy out for not giving us extra fries. He said she didn't ask for any, which was true. Instead of apologizing, she swore at him and floored the gas, sending our drinks spilling all over me. FML

Today, at Burger King, I was coming back from break. A customer screamed at me because she ordered a double cheeseburger without pickles, and they were put on anyway. She threw it in my face. Everyone should have to work the counter of a fast food restaurant for at least a year, and live on the wages it pays. I think it would foster new respect for those who work thankless jobs for little pay.

But the breakfast menu is better at McDonald's anyway, if that could be served all day I would be happy so I don't know why he's complaining. I'm pretty sure most people want breakfast served past 10:30 as is, why complain you can't get lunch early enough?
