Bonjour à tous! Je suis l'auteure de cette VDM, merci de l'avoir validée et merci aux différents messages de soutiens et encourageants. ? Pour les plus septiques, j'ai expliqué à mon chef que je faisais beaucoup d'heures supplémentaires ( 200 pour être exacte, n'ayant pas de pointeuse je compte moi même mes heures..), et que la différence de salaires avec mes collègues commençait à me peser. À la fin de conversation, je lui ai fais comprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de raison que mon salaire soit 500€ en dessous de celui de mes collègues, puisque nous faisons exactement le même travail, et que nous avons exactement les mêmes diplômes. Il m'a répondu :" il n'y en a pas, enfin si c'est des hommes." Je vous laisse imaginer le choc et la protestation que j'ai eu. Ce qui l'a amené à me dire, qu'il fallait que je me souvienne de l'histoire du vase de Soisson, célèbre histoire ou Clovis tranche la tête d'un soldat parce que celui-ci n'avait pas respecté les ordres ( pour la faire très courte ). Du coup me voilà, à la recherche d'un employeur plus sympathique ! Merci pour votre soutien et bonne lecture à vous :)
