Badmington. Et pourtant, échauffement léger (léger dans le sens pas trop intensif mais suffisament long quand même), étirements. Et quand j'ai senti que ma jambe droite suivait bien le rythme, j'ai commencé l'entrainement. Et ben pas de chance je vois que ça x)

C'est moi celle qui a posté cette VDM, je tiens a préciser que j'adore les animaux et meme particulierement les chiens mais ce que certains n'ont pas l'air de comprendre c'est que c'est un chien insuportable qui aboit en plein milieu de la nuit et sa maitresse ne fait rien ..alors le matin ..je me venge :)
