J'ai 19 ans, je suis bien du sexe masculin, et ma petite sœur a un peu plus de 7 ans :° ... Elle s'était levée parce qu'elle n'arrivait pas à dormir, et ma chambre était juste avant celle des parents, donc elle m'a vu. Elle n'était pas très en forme, et elle a cru à un rêve. L'honneur est sauvé, mais ça ne m'empêche pas de ressentir une honte extrême depuis. D'ailleurs, je m'abstiens de le faire maintenant, je ne m'autorise plus qu'à y penser, et encore... Ensuite, une théorie sur le somnambulisme dit que c'est "un réveil moteur précédent le réveil mental". Par conséquent, chez certains patients, il suffit de modifier, par exemple, la position de la porte par rapport au lit pour qu'il se réveille en se tapant contre un mur :D . En l'occurrence, ce matin, je me suis réveillé le cul par terre, après avoir déplacé ma chaise pour que ça ne recommence pas... De plus, jusqu'alors, mes crises consistaient en général à changer le lieu où je dormais (fauteuil, canapé devant la télé, et même lit parental...). J'ai juste peur du fait que je faisais peut-être la même chose ces autres fois, sauf que cette fois-ci, je me serais réveillé à cause de ma sœur... Je précise enfin que je suis peut-être un geek, mais pas un nolife : j'ai une copine, des amis, je sors (parfois) et je bosse en cours xD !
