Pour ceux qui se posent des questions : c'était bien un cours de self-défense, où on utilise à la fois le judo et le ju-jitsu. Nous sommes donc autorisés à porter des coups de pieds et de poings (avec des gants). Le prof est prof de judo, à la base. Et pour le coup de pied, il était porté à la cuisse, donc pas directement dans mon champs de vision, ce qui excuse (ou pas ^^) mon étourderie.

Le commentaire #7 a compris ^^ Alors je m'explique pour que ce soit plus clair : Je suis allée voir mon médecin parce que j'ai des plaques de psoriasis sur les mains (maladie de la peau qui serait due au stress et qui me cause des démangeaisons insupportables). il m'a prescrit du diprosone (qui apparemment peut s'appliquer sur d'autres parties du corps). Je ne suis pas médecin alors je vais pas disserter sur la pommade, juste ça fait un drole d'effet de lire que tu l'appliques deux fois par jour et que tu dois te laver les mains tout de suite après... sur le coup je me suis demandée si ça servait à quelque chose de l'appliquer... et vu le résultat... je commence à en douter.
