En fait ça remonte à +6 mois, l'autre infraction c'était à Rouen là je connais mieux, mais j'y suis allé y'a 10 ans au moins (J'habite Paris). Ma chance, c'est que ce ne sont que des stationnement non réglés. Le jour où il s'attaquera aux radars, ça va faire mal. Jusque là j'ai contesté par courrier à l'Officier du Ministère Publique indiqué sur les avis. Pas de nouvelle, bonne nouvelle. Faut dire, la voiture en question est une Audi, moi j'ai une Alfa, difficile de soupçonner de la mauvaise foi de ma part. Autrement, comment se souvenir de ce qu'on faisait il y a 8 mois ? Jugez par vous-même: Infraction: 26/04/07, Jugement:11/09, Avis: 13/12, courrier reçu en janvier 2008... Il existe un recours: une plainte pour usurpation d'immatriculation, avec au bout possibilité de changer sa propre immatriculation. Je m'y résoudrai si le Trésor Public me donne encore de ses nouvelles. Jamais 2 sans 3 ?

Pour préciser un peu les choses, j'avais prévenu mes parents que je venais. Et eux avaient prévenu la voisine... mais pas celle-ci! (ces voisins se sont installés très récemment et mes parents ne les connaissent pas encore personnellement). En plus, mes parents avaient aussi prévenu la brigade centrale de gendarmerie, mais l'info n'a pas dû passer visiblement (celle qui est intervenue n'est pas celle de la commune mais d'une commune voisine). Du reste, après quelques explications et présentation d'une pièce d'identité, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Mais n'empêche que ce n'est pas des plus agréables d'avoir à se justifier d'être chez soi, même si j'ai quand même apprécié qu'au moins ils se soient déplacés à 2h du mat! Je suis passé voir cette voisine le lendemain, elle était désolée d'avoir appellé la gendarmerie car elle avait vu quelqu'un avec une lampe de poche (pas moi en tout cas). Au moins, la prochaine fois, je devrais pouvoir aller me coucher tranquille normalement...
