alors voila la recette: pour 4 fondants au chocolat noir) 2 oeufs 80 g de sucre roux 120 g de chocolat à 70% de cacao 80 g de beurre 20 g de farine Recette du fondant au chocolat, coeur coulant Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre au bain-marie ou directement au four à micro-ondes. Battez les oeufs avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse et incorporez y la farine tamisée. Mélangez les deux préparations avec une spatule. Versez la pâte dans vos moules individuels (beurrés si besoin) et enfournez pour 7 à 8 minutes à 220°C. Sortez les fondants au chocolat du four et laissez les refroidir quelques minutes avant de les démouler. Vous pouvez servir les fondants au chocolat tels quels ou bien accompagnés d'une crème anglaise, d'une boule de glace à la vanille ou d'une purée de fraises. Avec une cuisson parfaite, ces fondants au chocolat sont croquants en surface, moëlleux dedans et coulants à coeur. Un vrai délice à la sortie du four. Ps: perso je rajoute un carré de chocolat dans chaque moule juste avant la cuisson: coulant assuré!!

Et oui, ces reflexes qui nous trahissent... ^^ Déjà il faut savoir que c'est a l’étranger et que je suis la petite jeunette de la boite. Mon boss est un petit papi qui se sent très responsable de moi. Il m'a déjà interdit de venir au boulot tant que je n’étais pas enregistrée chez un médecin, de peur qu'il m'arrive un truc (il a fait un pacte avec ma mère...-no comment-). Il a beaucoup d'humour (et heureusement !). Sur le coup il a juste fait "Oh...ok !" et m'a serrée dans ses bras. Quand j'ai compris que ça n’était pas le but de la manœuvre je me suis sentie très bête. Toutefois, J'ai tout de même eu le plaisir d'entrevoir ma collègue derrière, toute rouge, faisant tout son possible pour ne pas exploser de rire. Ça aura au moins eu le mérite de mettre des sourires sur les têtes des collègues ce jour la :). ps: non je n'ai pas eu d'augmentation (flute!), et j'ai toujours mon emploi.

Ici l'auteur de la VDM. Dieu merci, je sais qu'une chauve-souris n'est pas un insecte, mais à vrai dire je n'ai tilté sur la formulation de la VDM qu'après l'avoir envoyé. Je vais réciter vingt Notre Père pour me faire pardonner. :p #55 : Ah, pourtant je suis la seule de ma connaissance à avoir dû faire la chasse aux chauve-souris. Sinon, la bête est vivante, et dehors, en train de voleter en toute liberté. j'espère juste qu'elle ne reviendra jamais, c'est quand même assez flippant de se retrouver avec un énorme - d'accord, tout est relatif - truc noir qui vole dans la pièce, surtout quand on est demi-endormie.
