"You just pissed off someone who can kill you from a different zip code." I think the quote tells you what I do. I'm a Marine, older than 22 who's not married and doesn't have a kid, I'm a rarity. I have a beautiful dog named Miko who I love seeing when I come back from deployments and a nice portion of the woods and riverfront back home. I come on here the most when I'm on the FOB and allowed to have two seconds of communication with the world.

Today, my phone went off, reminding me to take my birth control. Instead of vibrating as per usual, it rang. The ringtone had been changed to my boyfriend singing "It's birth control time, birth control time, take your pill, or I'll say it ain't mine." I was sitting in a quiet waiting room. FML

Today, I was in a training about the newest changes in CPR. The trainer was discussing chest compression techniques and said she prefers "good, fast, hard pumping." I was the only one who snickered out loud, drawing several annoyed looks from the other trainees. I'm a 45-year-old doctor. FML

Today, my friends took my work laptop and changed the sounds. Now, whenever I remove a USB device, a woman's voice screams "Put it back!" and when I insert a USB device, it says "Oh, you need to push it in harder!" I don't know how to change it back. FML
