Today, while we were having sex, my boyfriend asked me, "Who's your daddy?" I actually started thinking about my father. Total buzzkill. FML

OP here! Hey guys, so just to clarify, I don't have any daddy issues and I know who my father is lol. It just caught me off guard that my boyfriend asked me that so I thought about it literally first instead of how my boyfriend meant to say it for fun. But either way was a buzzkill.

That question is pretty weird when it's being used in such way.

I never understood why people thought it was "hot" to say that

That should've never been a thing.

could be worse OP...you could have daddy issues and be scared of your father and have anxiety attack when you were having sex with him.....

He probably thought you'd say "you" what a turn off.

Why are all of you being so mean. Different people like different things. It's not their fault that they enjoy it. So what if they like being called "daddy" or "mommy".

A partner should never compare themselves to a "Daddy" ever! Period!

That's just weird.

He did it wrong. He was supposed to give your ass a good smack, and then say "who's your daddy"
