Today, while reviewing boxes of motorcycle parts, I noticed my neighbor's daughter gleefully watching me. I jokingly said, "Wanna do this?" and she let out a loud squee and got to work alone. A few hours later, the bike was ready for a test run. I had no idea how to even start building it. She's 14. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
I want to ride my bicycle
Today, I assembled my kid’s birthday bike without reading the instructions. I proudly presented it, only for him to sit on it and immediately realize the handlebars were on backwards. The training wheels were also uneven, so it leaned like a sinking ship. My kid said, “It’s OK Dad, it's not your fault,” which hurt more than if he’d laughed. FML
Today, I took off the training wheels of my niece's bike. I tried to show her how to ride it, but she told me to get off because I needed a "fat girl's bike." FML
I'll make my own way
Today, my daughter is too crafty for her own good: she found out I was planning on driving her to her first date to meet a boy, so she let the air out of my car tyres, removed my bike chain, and even stole my bus pass. I taught her well. Well played daughter, well played. FML
Today, I was teaching my daughter how to ride a bike with no training wheels. After comforting her and assuring her that she'd be fine, I gave her a big push. She fell forward over the handlebars and scraped her chin on the front wheel. FML
Today, some guys were doing construction on my house, when one of them came over and started asking me about my "hot sister". That "sister" is my 13-year-old daughter. FML
Today, the girl of my dreams asked me if I wanted to go biking with her. "Just the two of us," she said. I had to turn her down because I'm 17 years old and never learned how to ride a bike. FML
Today, I watched my daughter squealing with delight in front of a video game. Beating a boss? Slaying an adversary? Completing a quest? Not at all. She was chasing birds, making them fly away, then starting all over again as soon as they landed. She's 19. FML
Whoomp whoomp
Today, my neighbor's daughter started learning how to play the trombone. FML
Meltdown
Today, my neighbor heard me watching a YouTube tutorial for how to do a simple fix on my car engine and he half jokingly asked why my dad didn’t teach me anything growing up. My dad was just inside the front door and heard him say it. They ended up fighting in the street. FML
Happy health warning!
Today, I stayed up until 2 a.m. building my daughter's birthday present because I wanted everything to be perfect when she woke up. She opened the little oven door on the toy kitchen, and the whole thing collapsed onto the floor. I found an unopened bag of screws sitting on the table. FML

Damn. I hope she's signed up for STEM courses or that's kind of a shame. That much talent AND liking it? Not common.

How cute though, she found a hobby, and maybe someone to share it with.

You should let her ride the bike and "squee" all she wants!

See, what you have here is a free mechanic. There are a lot of things to complain about, but this most certainly is not one of them.

What's the problem? She's great AND you've got your motorcycle up and running.

Comment moderated for rule-breaking.
Send her over, I'll test ride her for ya. I'll promise to warm her up before I rip her hard.

I think we are all hoping he meant the bike
Lobby_Bee 18
Really? Is that what goes on in your mind that you immediately think I was referring to the 14 year old girl? You really need to get yourself checked, your mind is in the gutters. Any serious biker lending their bike to you will tell you to warm her up before you rip her, but I guess most people nowadays are like this. Everything has to be sexual.

You guys are internet noobs, this is a troll, he didn't actually think about banging a 14 year old he just wanted to get some comments and thumbs down
GhostFox 34
Yeah, no one's buying your "I was talking about the bike, your the sick ones, even though I was actually talking about the LITTLE GIRL." Here's a fun idea- go play first person frogger. In real life.

My comment was towards the person who wants to "test ride" a 14 year old... But this comment section blows, and it doesn't show that I was responding to that retard, and I can't even edit my comments anymore...

Wow, girl's got talent. Hope she'll take it further

What self respecting adult male uses squee unironically in a sentence?
GhostFox 34
One that's referring to the noise produced by an excited teenage girl? I mean, "squee" has some pretty specific meanings and context, and doesn't sound as condescending or unappealing as "squealed".
