Today, I figured out how my birth control works. If you're on your period for four months straight you can't have sex, so you won't be pregnant. FML

Today, I went to the doctor because I have been getting my period every week and a half and they are ridiculously heavy. He then spent the entire time discussing painkillers (I'm allergic to most) and when I asked to be put on birth control, he said I'd need another appointment for that. FML

At least you can get it... I don't get mine... I get it maybe 3/4 weeks a year, and it is the worst guessing game EVER.

Happened to my friend. Took her 3 months to find a doctor who agreed to remove her patch... Good luck

For the past year, except 3-4 days a month, I was bleeding. I tried three different pills and had the same side effects with each. I stopped taking it two weeks ago and problem solved! Same happened when I had taken the shot. I guess birth control just doesn't agree with some people.
