Today, it was opening night for the play where I was, for the first time ever, one of the leads. I went on stage with a loud and energetic entrance. I came in two scenes early. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Congrats
Today, at my school, we had the opening night of our production in which I act. None of my family or friends came. Basically, after 3 long months of hard work, the only person to "congratulate" to me after the show was the head of the theater department, who just wanted to tell me I was doing it wrong. FML
Not a theater kid
Today, I signed up for a theater production as they needed extras. I had exactly one line in the entire play. During opening night, I became so focused on remembering the line, I forgot to walk on stage when it was my cue. People stood there on stage waiting for my character, who was backstage, congratulating himself for not forgetting his line. FML
Act three, scene one
Today, I was performing in a community theater production. Right before my big scene, I felt a sneeze coming on. I tried to hold it in, but it came out with such force that I lost my balance, fell off the stage, and landed in the lap of the mayor, who was in the front row. My character’s dramatic entrance was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. FML
Pure entertainment
Today, I auditioned for a part in a play. I've been practicing for months, and was very excited. After I'd finished singing, the director whispered something to the other judges, and they all laughed. Hard. So much for the lead role. FML
Today, I was in a play and had a battle scene. I got a little too into it and wound up twisting my ankle. The audience was treated to me screaming like a little girl before face-planting the stage a moment later. FML
Curtain call
Today, I was part of a community theater play as a prop helper. I was supposed to slide a fake letter under a door, but I got overenthusiastic and kicked it into the audience. The actor improvised, but the crowd laughed harder at my blunder than the actual play. FML
Knock knock
Today, I thought my neighbors were having a loud argument, so I went to knock on their door to make sure everything was OK. They weren’t fighting, they were rehearsing lines for a community theater play. They invited me to the show. I still haven’t recovered from the embarrassment. FML
Making the scene
Today, I had my first day in an acting class. Our assignment was to perform a dramatic monologue. I got super into it, threw myself into character, and dramatically fell to my knees to deliver a line. Unfortunately, my knees slipped, and I faceplanted into the floor in front of the entire class. FML
Today, I had my first chorus concert. We got a bigger applause when we left the stage than when we sang. FML
Today, I was working the lighting for a drama production. In the last scene, two characters realize they are in love and kiss, then the stage goes dark. I mixed up my settings, and instead of a blackout, flashing party lights started going off. 300 people turn around to stare at me. FML

Give her a break, she got excited and came in early. That would be slightly better(sliiightly) if OP was a guy. But anyways.. Pay attention to the people on stage and the stage director.

it's more romantic to "come" at the same time.

^win and if OP is the lead, why would it take two acts until they finally appear? doesn't the lead usually start in the first act?

48- scenes, not acts. And maybe they were in Act I Scene 1, then exit and don't appear until Act I scene 4. Just a thought.

And why she won't be one of the leads ever again. Seriously, two SCENES?!

They call it "practicing" for a reason. DERP!

They don't call it "practising" for any reason, they call it rehearsal!

Insert sarcastic "learn to speak English and not just American" comment here.

Well at least you're great at screwing up and now the whole audience and cast knows it.

You must have been screwing the director to get a lead role because it sounds like you are dumb as rocks.

Ummm, no it's still there. The iPhone app doesn't allow you to do that voting thing so we still see it. I want to poke my eyes out!
