Today, it's the 11th day of my migraine. I've drunk enough water to piss crystal clear, eaten every type of food there is, slept for days, and tried every remedy in my medicine cabinet. Nothing made a dent in the splitting pain. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, it's the sixth day in a row of non-stop migraines, due to grinding my teeth. Medicine works, but doesn't last. A mouth guard offers very little relief, I'm just so stressed out, and I think too much. FML
Today, it's the third day of me having a migraine. I just want to kill myself. I've tried tablets, no screen for 20 hours, sleep, hydration, food and everything. If it were not for my loving husband and caring kids, I wouldn't hesitate to kill myself. This is a monthly routine now, one week out of order. FML
Today, I'm in agony. I can't eat or drink anything without being in pain, including water. Doctors don't know what's wrong with me, and can only prescribe me painkillers I can only take 3 times a day. FML
Today, I've been suffering from unbearable headache, fever, agonizing body pain for more than ten days. I took a COVID test, an antibiotic tablets course, even a dengue test. Finally after spending my entire bank balance on tests and MRI, it was diagnosed as a migraine - which went away with a single tablet. FML
Today, I celebrated my fifteen-week anniversary. No, not a relationship anniversary. A migraine anniversary. It won't stop. FML
Today, I found out the trigger to my horrendous, disgustingly painful migraines that last up to 5 days is... Pain. My migraines are literally causing themselves. FML
Today, I learned that pregnancy makes me more prone to migraines, but the only pain killer I can take makes me vomit. So I have to choose between being in pain and vomiting for hours on end. FML
Today, I discovered what it feels like to be extremely constipated while having a vomit-inducing migraine. FML
Today, I had my third incapacitating headache this week. This has been happening for months. Pain killers and other remedies seem to work at random, if at all. Nobody has been able to tell me the cause. FML
Today, after nearly three weeks of gastritis, my stomach has finally calmed down and I'm no longer feeling sick all day. Also today I woke up with a debilitating migraine and I can't function without taking pain medication. Guess how my stomach likes that… FML

Agreed. This sounds very possible, if not probable, that something else is going on in your body beyond a standard migraine that needs medical attention, and you've already passed the "wait and see" period. Time to at least get it checked out.

Could be. Could be other stuff. But OP should DEFINITELY seek medical attention. 11 Days is way past the "It'll propably go away by itself in a few days"-period...

Plan to see a doctor. Previously I’ve had a migraine for over 30 days in a row. I can’t remember exactly what cocktail of shots they give you if you go to the ER, but I know one is Benadryl. So try Benadryl. Or also try Excedrin Migraine. I take a couple prescriptions now.

Consult a neurologist immediately! It might be nothing just you suffering from chronic migraines and yes over the counter painkillers won’t make a dent. Or it might be an underlying condition. Your dr might order an MRI and other tests. I have chronic migraines and consulted three different neurologists to be told the same thing and put on a regiment of preventative medicine as well as triptans when i have an attack. I also try to avoid triggers (excessive alcohol, lack of sleep, smoke, stress etc.) but don’t stay like this. The pain is unbearable and can cause nausea and vomiting and is crippling. You can’t do anything. Even the most mundane activities become excruciating. Get well soon!

While it is possible to have a headache such as a tension headache for ten days or more, it is HIGHLY recommended that you see a doctor. You really need a CT scan pronto.
