Today, I went through the drive-through at Dunkin Donuts and asked for an iced coffee. After no response, I started frantically screaming about bad service. After a while, a woman came out to my car and said, "Please pull up to the speaker." I'd been yelling at a garbage bin for 5 minutes. FML

Today, I went through a drive-thru and ordered a coffee. The cashier asked, “Hot or iced?” I panicked and said, “Yes.” We both just stared at each other until she said, “So… which one?” I wanted to drive away and never return. FML
Today, while working the drive-through, a woman ordered a large coffee with four creams. I handed her the coffee, and she took a sip. She then hurled it at me, screaming, "I said four creams, not five!" and sped off, leaving me drenched in hot coffee. FML
Today, I was yelled at by a customer, who was upset over having waited twenty minutes for a waiter to come take her order. Maybe it would be understandable, if she was sitting in an actual restaurant, and not a serve-yourself coffee house. FML
Today, my mom was "that" customer at the local drive-thru. She slipped into attention whore mode and bitched the guy out for not giving us extra fries. He said she didn't ask for any, which was true. Instead of apologizing, she swore at him and floored the gas, sending our drinks spilling all over me. FML
Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML
Today, at the café I work at, I was yelled at by a woman because the drinks and food she ordered were "taking too long". Before I had the chance to get a word in, she stormed out and said she would never come back. I didn't get the chance to inform her that she hadn't ordered yet. FML
Today, I was taking people's orders at the drive-thru. I was confused as to why people were screaming their orders at me, until one of my managers handed me a paper that he'd found taped to the menu, saying "speak loudly speaker isn't working properly." Punkd. FML
Today, a drive-thru customer ordered a deal that includes fries and a drink with the sandwich. When I gave it to her, she screamed at me because she "didn't order fries." When I brought up that the deal includes them, she told me I should have "figured it out," called me a "fugly fat slob," and sped off. FML
Today, a woman came up to me at work and screamed at me for "taking forever" to come and wait at her table. I work at Wendy's. FML
Today, a customer screamed at me, because her iced coffee tasted exactly like coffee, and she hates coffee. Sadly, this isn't even the most insane person I've had to deal with at this job. FML

I go to school in Cali, and I've lost count of how many friends I have AT MY SCHOOL and at SURROUNDING SCHOOLS (universities, of course) who don't know the proper usage of too, two, and to, for, four, and fore, and there, they're , and their and your and you're. It's the internet, no one's that damned crazy about proper spelling as it is. If I can get over it (and I'm a Linguistics major) I'm sure you can too. While we're correcting people on their grammar: "God" is capitalized because I'm ASSUMING that you were attempting to start a new sentence. It's not "god damn," it's "god damned." You're missing the punctuation at the end of "god damn immigrants." If you WEREN'T trying to begin a new sentence, then you're missing the semi colon that separates two different yet related thoughts that take place in the same sentence. God damned idiot.

totally agreed. people like you (OP) make my job miserable. i work at chickfila and when people start screaming at me i really just want to punch them in the face. seriously, its JUST COFFEE. or in my case just CHICKEN. your life isn't going to end so calm the **** down. even if you had been at the speaker, ever think maybe she was changing the batteries on her headset? maybe she had her hands full and couldn't press the button? there's a plethora of reasons why someone wouldn't greet you immediately, as i know from personal experience. dumbass.
