Today, I realized I wasn't getting notifications for my voicemail, so I decided to check it and found out that I had 3 job offerings that are no longer an option. FML

Today, while checking my voicemail, I noticed I had received one from a job that I've been trying to get in for months. Too bad they called two weeks ago. FML
Today, a voicemail suddenly appeared in my messages. Last week I missed a call from an Unknown caller, and no number was listed. Turns out they wanted to arrange an interview for a job I really wanted. They left a number in the voicemail, telling me to call them back that day if I was interested. FML
Today, I found out my email hasn't been working for 10 days. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but it just so happens that a position opened up for my dream job while this was happening. I would have gotten the job, but instead they gave it to someone I just finished training. FML
Today, I discovered a bunch of emails from my old account that weren't forwarded to my new one. Because of this, I missed a job offer, as well as all the emails from my long-distance boyfriend asking if he could visit. I still don't have a job, and I broke up with him because he "failed to communicate." FML
Today, I missed multiple calls from the company I applied to. That was the supervisor calling, wanting to hire me. I then remembered my idiotic voicemail I made months ago where I pretended to answer and say stupid stuff for 5 minutes. I don't think I'm going to get the job. FML
Today, I was laid off from my job as a manager. After cleaning out my office, I began clearing my computer. I received an email from HR announcing a job position that opened up. Too bad it was for my job. FML
Today, I saw a missed call on my phone. Thinking it was one of the multiple jobs I applied for, I called back. Turns out it was just a debt collector. FML
Today, I checked my inbox and realized I got an email from a potential employer, saying they were having trouble getting a hold of me by phone. They called while my mom was using my phone to look up directions to a place, and she answered, kindly hanging up when they asked for me. FML
Today, I got a missed call from a lady at an employment agency asking why I hadn't turned up to an information session for a potential job. Yesterday, the same lady told me the job position was canceled. FML
Today, I found out my job is trying to get me to quit. FML

maybe you should check them anyway, especially if you are expecting a response from somebody. you should call up your supplier though

That sucks OP but keep in mind that if three companies want you, you must be suitable for the jobs you're applying for. Head up!

it does say that they were able to check it so it's their fault for not checking it to begin with it's not "everybodys phone is different" they were literally able to check it and they didnt

Sorry to hear that OP. At least now you know to check your voicemail whether you get notifications or not, in the future. I'm sure more opportunities will arrive, keep your chin up! :D

Ouch, I feel your pain OP, I've done that before - but I only missed one job opportunity. I was so upset when it happened and I was so angry with myself and I didn't think I would find a new job but In the end I did so good luck OP :)

iPhones are full of bugs. Mine had one where if it deemed itself too cold it would shut off at any battery percentage. My record was it "dying" at 48%.

Same thing happened to me last weekend, four hours away from home. Was not impressed, especially since my iPhone was fully charged at 100% initially. It decided to spontaneously die at 41% because it was too cold. I live in Canada! Winter is always cold! Unreliable...
