You may need to change the dog food you are feeding her. Just a suggestion. It isn't right she should have that problem.

Dogs and cats tails are part of their spinal cord. When it is docked too short, the spinal cord became a bit mutated and can put pressure on the rectum, making it hard to poop. My cat is a manx so she naturally has to tail. Because on that her rectum is deformed and I have to help her poop sometimes. Two vets have told me that.

That sucks. Once, my tailless cat got constipated and I had to take her to the vet for an enema. They said its common in cats like her because they lack nerves in their poopshoot and that if it gets worse then I would have to learn how to give her an enema. Luckily for me and her though she's been pooping regularly. :)

Slip some laxative into the food and keep her outside until nature passes...

Sounds like a shitty day

Change her food. Give her more water. Take her to the vet cause she could have an obstruction.

I have a small dog with a docked tail that doesn't drink a lot of water, so she has issues from time to time. The best solution I have found is baby food with a high fiber content, and homemade dog ice cream: 32 ounces Greek yoghurt (plain) and a can of pumpkin pie filling. Mix well in a blender or mixer, and then spoon into an empty egg carton and freeze (my dog weighs 12 lbs, she only gets about 2 regular spoonfuls). The dogs love it, it's cheap and it's great for them on a hot day.

Maybe you need to change the food heat eats

To be frank, this could cause the dog's colon to become horribly swollen and may eventually cause a blockage that would require surgery, or even worse kill the dog. Go see a vet immediately and get the dog's diet changed.
