Today, I had to end a first date with the words, "You can get out of my car and go upstairs yourself, or I can come around and drag you out, bring you up the stairs, and knock on your door," because he'd gotten completely plastered in a span of about three hours. And yes, I had to drag him. FML

Can't believe I got published on my first submit!!! Made an account just to comment back haha. First of all, wow, thanks for all the support :) and no, there will be no second date! Also yes, I am a girl lol, and dragging him out wasn't really that hard.

You never date someone who gets totally plastered on the first date. It shows a lack of respect.

I have nothing against drinking and getting a little drunk. That's fine if it's what you want to do, but don't inconvenience your date by getting completely drunk out of your senses. That's horribly disrespectful to do on a first, second, and even third date.

That kind of guy is not worth the work of dragging. I would have just pushed him out of the car and off the road.

If I go on a date with a girl and I expect to drink, I will tell her that if I can't get out of the car myself when I get home, just push me out of her car and leave me lying in the parking spot or driveway.
