Today, I gave a presentation to a class of 70+ people. No one bothered to tell me my fly was unzipped. No wonder they were all smiling. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Uncomfortable
Today, I gave a sexual harassment seminar, explaining how important it is to not do anything that makes coworkers uncomfortable. Someone joked, "Like telling you your fly is open?" I tried to zip up, but it got caught on my underwear. There were 20 minutes left in the program. FML
Timing
Today, my boss stopped me mid-sentence, scowling and telling me to zip up my fly. It wouldn't have been so embarrassing if I hadn't been in the middle of giving a presentation to not only him, but his own boss and a company executive as well. FML
Today, I gave a talk in my management class about creating effective presentations and holding people's attention. Go figure, pretty much nobody paid any attention. FML
Today, I was giving a speech to my 300 some-odd person class. All throughout it, people had been giggling and cackling while I was speaking. I soon realized that my pants had been unzipped. I accidentally fell asleep with all my underwear in the washer last night and had gone commando that day. FML
Today, I gave a presentation for my final on class. While I was giving the speech my shirt strap broke. I ended up flashing everyone including the teacher. At least I got an A. FML
Today, I gave a speech at a charity event in part to help with my shyness. Nobody told me I was standing on top of an air vent. It went on. My skirt flew up, revealing my underwear to 90 people. Nobody remembers the content of my speech. FML
Today, at work, our new cute intern asked me if I could explain my work. Taking a cool posture sitting on her desk I explained. After 10 minutes I walked away, only to hear her laughing with the girl next to her. Turns out my fly was open. And I didn't wear underwear. FML
Box fresh
Today, I was giving a lecture when I noticed everyone smiling at me. I thought my jokes were finally landing until a coworker pointed out that the price tag from my brand-new shirt was hanging out of the back of my collar the entire time. FML
Educate me, Mommy
Today, I had to give a speech on abstinence to a bunch of teenage boys, and surprisingly they were paying attention. After they left, I went to the bathroom and saw I had missed a few buttons on my blouse. The boys had a close up view of my cleavage for three hours. FML
Fashion accessory
Today, I got ready for work in the dark, and it was noon before someone told me that I had one of my wife's pantyliners stuck to the back of my pants. I'd just given a presentation to 80 people. FML

This is all wrong, you were supposed to envision the crowd in THEIR underwear.

I know those feels OP. I know those feels. Happened to me 5 times when I was in college. Of course, the last time it happened I also had a chubby.

It's like everyone's classic worst nightmare

Hmm... I'm curious OP. Do you think you would have been able to continue your presentation had someone pointed it out? Or would you have become flustered and nervous out of embarrassment? Do you think it possible that some of the class was affording you some type of courtesy by not telling you and making you fail your presentation?

I woulda just turned, zipped, and continued. Would have definitely appreciated knowing and fixing it rather than be laughed at for an hour.

I feel your pain. I used to have this one pair of jeans that apparently has a fly that's afraid of heights. I had 3 identical pairs with that one acrophobic zipper being a triplet, so post-laundry day, there was no telling until I was wearing them. I'd pull that sucker all the way up to the very top of the fly, just to be sure, but the rest of the day it would yo-yo. It'd be fine from anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour, then it'd just quietly decide "nope...I don't like it up here" and descend without my knowledge. I later discovered, what I believed, to be an ingenious solution; I discreetly threaded a safety pin into the eye of the zipper tag, keeping the shiniest part out of view under the denim flaps. It worked phenomenally well, until I'd discovered the one critical flaw in the system. You know those times when you have to pee so badly that you sway from side to side like Stevie wonder? Those times of urgency so powerful that the rest of your body won't cooperate as you fight tooth and nail to retain continence? Try dealing with a fiddly and delicate locking system on your fly then. It ended up being a case of it being quicker and easier to undo your belt and go up and over the waistline, which, might I add, looks incredibly awkward to people that pass by the urinal. FYL, op...been there in many ways because of those faulty jeans. It always sucks.

Been there myself. I use a paperclip. You put it around the button, under the flap, so the big, outside loop is hanging down (pull it open a hair). Then you string the loop on the end of your zipper pull over it. Fast to take on and off; yet secure! :)
