Today, I failed my driving test. I've been a legal driver in my home country for 8 years, but can't pass the test here. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I failed to get my driver's licence. My father was the instructor. FML
Today, I failed my driving test before even leaving the DMV parking lot. FML
Today, I took my driving test. I was nervous, but I thought I followed the rules of the road pretty well. My tester ended up failing me for "backing out too slowly". FML
Today, I took my road test. I'd never had driver's training and my mom taught me how to drive. I failed the test so badly, and when I got home my mom admitted to having taught me how to drive completely wrong because she didn't want me to get my license as she thinks I'm too young. I'm 18. FML
Today, I passed my driver's test. My instructor took the learner signs off his car and let me drive back to my place. I guess he didn't bet on me crashing the car just a few blocks from the test center. FML
Great start
Today, I passed my driver's test. As I was driving home, I was rear-ended. Rear-ended by the examiner that'd passed me. FML
Today, I drove 45 minutes to take my full driver's test. At the end of the test, the instructor told me I'd done everything perfectly, but had failed before I left the parking lot. I didn't see the "one way" sign at the entrance. FML
Who's fault is that?
Today, I failed my driving test. Why? Before I even began driving, someone hit my car while it was still parked. FML
One tiny mistake
Today, I failed my driving test. Zero minor errors, one major fault. The fault was me thinking the road was one-way, positioned my car on the right lane to turn right, only to find out I was in the lane of oncoming traffic. FML
Today, I got pulled over during my driving test. FML

It's alright, Spongebob didn't give up, neither should you.

Well, I can see that being annoying. But it might simply be a 'getting accustomed to change' thing, depending on where you moved from and how many differences they are. I mean, generally the overall picture is the same, but there might be little nitty-gritty things that are different and a different side of the road etc and it all adds up. Or you're a bad driver who happened to never get caught out at all for eight years, and therefore you had no inkling of any faults, which I'd deem unlikely.

I love all the comments assuming the OP is in America. There are other countries out there in the big wide world you know. No wonder the rest of the world views Americans as ignorant.

most people assume your from the united states if your speaking English/typing online and they can neither see you or hear your voice. the united states is the largest country in the world that speaks English so it is most likely that someone speaking English is from there.

Well just because you're considered qualified to drive in one country doesn't mean you will be in another. I see terrible drivers every day here in America, and I can only hope if they leave the country that they don't receive a license wherever they go hahahaha.

@ Most of the above-How about you half-literate idiots shut up. Just because her comment makes you all feel dumb you don't have to scrutinize her work, just go and get an proper education. @ Cinn- Yea, I agree. The thing that usually gets people in/ from other countries is the whole left to right side driving change and minor differnces in that country. P.S- Typed this in under a 2-minutes.

A sure-fire way to pass a driving test is to be a dramatic actor. It's best that every mirror/traffic check is to be exaggerated. Yet the longer you've been behind the wheel, the more traffic checks you'll omit. Also, for the douchebag drivers out there (not OP), using your blinkers doesn't hurt.

thats because you foreigners all drive like maniacs on the wrong side of the roads!
