Today, feeling confident, I asked my boyfriend what he thought of my new body, since I had lost 16 kilos over the past month. He told me that he missed the old me and wanted me to gain weight again. My boyfriend was the one that encouraged me to lose weight in the first place. FML
Collection
Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Visual effect
Today, my boyfriend suggested I try on some old clothes, after weeks of eating better and exercising. The good news: they fit again, and are even a little bit loose. The bad news: somehow, I look fatter now than I did before I started trying to lose weight. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend that I gained a few pounds and thought I looked fat. He replied that I looked the same and that I shouldn't worry because he likes fat girls. I never thought I was fat before this. FML
Roll with it
Today, my boyfriend encouragingly told me that he could tell I was losing weight, all because I had one roll fewer than usual on my stomach. FML
Quite rightly so
Today, after my ex helped me drop over a hundred pounds, I broke up with him because I looked and felt so much better, and knew I could do better. Turns out he was the only thing keeping me slim, as I've put back on over twenty pounds. I asked him to take me back and he told me to fuck off. FML
Booby trap
Today, I saw my boyfriend after not seeing him for 7 months. During this time, I have lost a lot of weight and am proud of it. My boyfriend didn't say anything about the lost weight. When we were alone and things started to heat up, he took off my bra and said, "I think your tits are smaller." FML
Charming
Today, my chunky boyfriend told me that he'd be less attracted to me if I gained weight. I have low self-esteem. FML
Today, my girlfriend dumped me because I've recently become serious about getting fit, and have lost nearly 84 pounds. Apparently, when I was fat, I made her look smaller in comparison. When I got slimmer, she insisted I either gain the weight back or she'd leave. So she did. FML
Thanks, honey.
Today, I noticed that I've been gaining some weight. Don't worry, my boyfriend doesn't mind. His new favorite thing is putting my boobs on his head and saying he feels "safe". FML
Epitaph
Today, I asked my boyfriend to honestly tell me if I had become overweight. He replied that yes, I had, but that it was OK because I was his "Lumpy Space Princess." FML
Today, I was telling my boyfriend about how self conscious I am and how I obsess about my weight. He said, "Don't be ridiculous, you don't need to lose THAT much weight." FML

To lose 16 kilo's in 1 month, you need to burn 4500 kilocalories more than you eat each day. The only ways to do that are if you - run for two hours a day and eat absolutely nothing (wich is not very healthy) or - have cancer (with is of course even less healthy) Also, your skin can't adapt that fast, so there are probably hanging loose folds of skin from OP's entire body now.

That's terrible. that is a very unhealthy weight to lose. Maybe he is concerned about your fast weight loss.

Quite, I agree. My partner tends to hit crash diets, I worry because his weight swings around like a ******* yo-yo and it's not good. Fat-thin-fat-think is very unhealthy, and my partner pretty much has no muscle left after years of doing this, and although not fat, he is weak and a bit of a flab ball. I love him all the same, but I wish he would stop doing it. If you eat very healthily and keep active, your body should reach an equilibrium which is safe for you. You might not look like a model, but it doesn't ******* matter. YDI for going on a ******* idiotic crash diet, and being so concerned in the first place. That is, unless you're a gigantically obese bitch, in which case, your boyfriend is mental and should leave you to die alone already.

Sounds like emotional abuse to me, and you're letting him. Love your body for what it is, not for the approval you get from others. You can't let how you see yourself be determined by your boyfriend--it's a way for him to control you and make you think he's the only one who will ever want you. Leave him, spend some time alone, and learn to love yourself.

Dont rely on that manipulative ass for love and attention. He's only there for help and suport not to make you change you'rself. if you like the way you look thats alll that matters darling

Wow sounds like your boyfriend just wants you to keep changing you for his selfish needs instead of it being what you want. Don't ever change yourself for a guy... if he doesn't love you for yourself, then he isn't worth wasting your time on. There's plenty of guys out there who would love to take on someone who is true to themselves.
