Today, Facebook sent me a new friend suggestion. I opened it only to see that the person suggested was the home wrecker that broke up my marriage 4 years ago. Her cover picture is her and my ex together, along with a group of people that I used to be friends with. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Rubbing it in
Today, when I logged onto Facebook, I discovered a friend request from my ex who broke up with me and deleted me months ago. Upon adding her, I was taken to her profile where I saw dozens of status updates talking about how much she loves her new boyfriend, who she dumped me for. FML
Memories that hurt
Today, I was looking at an old post between my ex and me on Facebook. Everything I was reading was adorable. Just as I was reminiscing about the great relationship we had, I look to the right of the screen to see the girl he cheated on me with in "People you may know." Thanks Facebook. FML
Today, Facebook told me I should reconnect with my husband. FML
Today, I sent a Facebook friend request to my ex. This afternoon I notice that they had accepted, and had left a message for me in my inbox. Asking how they knew me. FML
Cheap ass
Today, I was scrolling through Instagram when I got a new follow suggestion. I checked her feed, and found out it was my ex-fiancé’s newest fiancée. And he'd proposed to her using an $185 ring I'd bought myself for my birthday last year. FML
Today, I found out the guy I was seeing was married, with a kid, when his wife sent me a friend request on Facebook. FML
Today, I checked my facebook, and my wife of 5 years was listed as single. I then write on her wall that it is ok to announce to be married. She writes back saying that we have to talk and to come to the kitchen. My wife divorced me over facebook. FML
Move on, dude
Today, looking on the internet, I came across my ex's Facebook page. Most of the posts were about me, and his profile picture was still of me and him. We broke up over a year ago. FML
Today, I checked my Facebook notifications to see that someone likes my new single status. My ex. FML
Today, my ex called me up to suggest that we become friends, only so that she could introduce me to her new boyfriend. FML

You’re better off OP. Move on. Best revenge is living your best life. The pain only hurts YOU. Let it go.

Facebook friend suggestions are evil. If I accepted every suggestion, I’d be blatantly exposed as a dirty, old man! I try to keep that quiet!

hmmm your X had nothing to do breaking up? I don't understand the thought that some 3. person comes along and breaks a good relationship. But of course - it does allow op not to think about what was wrong.

That’s what I was thinking. The ex really is the home whrecker, as I suspect he went behind her back...

I know what you mean. My ex’s new wife shows up on my timeline because she’s friends with my kids. She was 21 when she started dating a married 45 year old man with three kids. Not my favorite person.

Okay I can get not really wanting anything to do with her, that it's bad memories and all that. But can we stop calling other women homewreckers and accusing them of breaking up our marriages for our husbands choices? Your ex-husband was the home wrecker, he was the one who broke up your marriage. If she knew he was married and still got involved she kind of sucks too but it's not her fault. Your ex-husband was the married one, he was the one who cheated on you. If it wasn't with her it probably would have been with somebody else.

I'm sorry if she knew he was married, she's part if the homewrecking, not just the husband

Sounds like misplaced anger. Your husband wrecked his own home by stepping outside of the marriage and breaking his wedding vows. The other woman owes you no loyalty. Just saying.
