Today, I took my daughter to the hospital for a few tests, and it turns out that she's pregnant. She has always said that she doesn't want kids, but I hoped that already being pregnant might change her mind. She called to schedule an abortion during the drive back home. FML
Today, my sister announced her pregnancy at my husband's funeral. FML

Today, my sister went from choosing not to have kids because they just aren’t for her to being obnoxiously childfree. We can’t have a single conversation without her ranting about how much she hates children, and parents are pathetic losers. I have three kids and don’t want her around. FML

Did you actually get into this without a legal agreement that spells out the repercussions of a situation like this?

In theory, you should be able to get a court order giving you custody, then get child support from both the father and the mother, assuming it's an ivf baby using her harvested eggs.
