Today, I tried to stage an intervention for a friend who abuses drugs. I ended up with my hair on fire. FML

That's just so wrong that your friend abuses drugs. What did the drugs ever do to him/her that makes it ok to beat them?

I had a friend that abused heroine and was prostituting. I did all I could to help her and show her a better life and although she got off heroine she enjoyed easy money over a steady legal job. My point? You can't help someone who won't help themselves.
