Today, I tried to stage an intervention for a friend who abuses drugs. I ended up with my hair on fire. FML

That's just so wrong that your friend abuses drugs. What did the drugs ever do to him/her that makes it ok to beat them?

That's never a fun road to go down. Seeing a friend ruining their life like that. I'm not sure how much support you had this time around, but sounds like you may need more people he cares about. People he will listen to the most. Maybe it's time to get a drug consoler involved for the next go around.

Sadly, users won't accept help until they admit they have a problem, you'll have to wait until that happens. But on the plus side, you are a fantastic friend! I hope your friend realises this in the future when they're ready for help. :)
