Today, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, enduring months of tortuous chemo, having painful radiation treatments and having had my tubes tied, I realized I’ve become the butt of an incredibly cruel cosmic joke. I got pregnant from the one-night stand I had to celebrate beating cancer. FML

Today, I was hanging with my mates when we found an old pregnancy test. Since I’m a guy, we thought it’d be hilarious if I took it. It came out positive, so we were roaring with laughter. That is, until someone looked up why. Turns out, I might have cancer. FML
Today, my mother in law basically said I deserve my breast cancer, all because I declined to take part in one of her "March Against Cancer" events a while ago. I guess donating money to cancer research instead of going on a meaningless march really messed up my karma. FML
Today, we learned that my fiancée was having a cryptic pregnancy when she went to the hospital fearing food poisoning and came out with a baby. She never gained a pound or showed any symptoms at all. Even more miraculous is that we’re both women. Yeah my world is pretty much over. FML
Today, I found out that I have testicular cancer for the second time in two years, and they may end up removing my last testicle. Knowing full well I was also born with an extra rib, the doctor at the consultation joked, "Hey, you'll be three quarters of the way to being a woman." FML
Today, I finally had my doctor's appointment to get my tubes tied. I've been waiting for 2 years. Instead, I found out that my birth control failed and I'm pregnant. FML
Today, I was turned down from the dream job that I was promised two years ago, once my chemo and radiation therapy was finished. His excuse? He never actually expected me to survive. FML
Today, I’ve finished all my cancer treatments but my body is putting me through the wringer again. I got my first period after not having one for nearly a year, and with it has come all sorts of hormonal issues including cramping, mood swings, hot flashes, and heinous BO! It’s worse than puberty! FML
Today, after going through a surgery related to my ovaries, having a life-threatening complication during the surgery due to anesthesia, and my doctor warning me about future infertility, a friend told me that no one would marry me now, since I have stretch marks and stitches marks on my abdomen. FML
Today, after years of trying, I got the wonderful news that my husband is going to be a father. Too bad I’m not the mother. FML
Today, I went in for a full hysterectomy due to medical issues. I came out being 6 weeks pregnant. FML

If it were a vasectomy and a condom then I'd agree with you but this time it's a super egg. However this baby must be on a mission if it is this determined to come to this world.

Chemo and radiation don’t “sterilize you”. My mom had cancer as a teenager and went through radiation and went on to have 2 kids.

honestly I know lots of women who have gotten pregnant after tubes tied but im shocked to hear about pregnancy after chemo&radiation because they usually make you sterile:( congrats on beating cancer though

Chemo and radiation do not make you sterile, unless of course you are having radiation on your scrotum. Or if you are having the radiation done to your tubes, ovaries or uterus. I believe those are just about the only way you could be sterilized, but I could be wrong even though I'm pretty sure I'm not. But then again God does work in mysterious ways. that's for sure.

Please get yourself checked ASAP, there are certain types of uterine and endometrial cancers that can mimic pregnancy, including positive pregnancy tests.

I actually know someone that had breast cancer 14 years ago and now has a beautiful 13 year old. She had chemo and radiation. She calls her her miracle baby. It can happen.
