Smash capitalism

Today, I was basically treated to, "Hey, you're laid off by the end of the month. Oh, and would you mind training your replacement? We have budget cuts, and he works for less." FML

This is easy. Train your replacement wrong. The mistakes he will make will cost the company far more than the savings realized by firing your expensive ass.

Let your replacement know how much you were making for doing the same job. See where that goes.

The problem with that is some companies have a policy that if you trained your replacement badly, you won't be able to collect unemployment benefits after you are laid off.

You gotta be subtle. You can't just tell your replacement that your boss prefers his coffee with a scosh of rat poison it in.

Half ass the training, it shouldn’t be your responsibility to train him. you have better things to do. Like using your time to job hunt.
