Today, whilst out shopping with my crush, I decided to jokingly try on a silly-looking dress in an overly-expensive shop. Apparently I took the wrong size as I couldn't get out. Not only did the shop assistants have to publicly cut me out of the dress, I had to pay for it. FML

Anorexics can still get stuck in clothing if they put clothes on that are sizes too small. Nothing about this would suggest that she's overweight.

Try holding it up to your shoulders in a mirror or for your boyfriend! It will save money and the dress! The stupid dress got the last laugh!

YDI Op. If you can't afford to buy something then there is no point in trying it on, and it is just stupid to try to squeeze your ass into clothes that are too tight. Hopefully this expensive lesson will teach you for your future clothes shopping trips. Measure yourself so you are aware of your size. There is nothing cute about someone, no matter how skinny or fat wearing clothes that is so tight that you get stuck and bust the seams. I hope for your sake that you didn't scare off or repulse your crush. Next time, you'll get better results if you try on something that fits and looks cute...maybe if you did that your crush might of just thought you looked great in the outfit and bought it for you...anyways, I'm sure that he must of gotten a good laugh at your expense.

You sound bitter. Why slam her? Many shops that are specialty or exclusive makes of clothing run small. A measuere of grace goes a long way.

Lol...not bitter, but I do know the term 'if you break it, you buy it.' And yes I am aware that sizing can be different but it is very hard to believe that she didn't realize that the dress was so skin tight that she was going to get stuck.
