fuck gangnam style in the anus·This FML is from back in 2012 but it's good stuff·Stevenson Ranch, United States
Ruined
Today, I purchased a brand new television. Not long after the professional who hung it on my wall left, it came crashing down on my hardwood floor. I'm now left with a busted TV, a tear in my living room wall, and a severely drained bank account. FML
I'd talk to the company. He clearly didn't do a good job.

The "professional" obviously didn't install it properly and/or warned you that your walls were too weak to hold it. I would call the company back immediately and take action to get it repaired. More than likely you'll still have to pay out of pocket but if the guy didn't do his job right the company might make the amount that comes out of pocket a little bit less. Good luck.

Call the guy back and give him what's coming to him. That's not cool.

There has to be a warranty especially for a 'professional' mounting it wrong

Call them and make them fix it all. Tv, wall, and floor. If they refuse, sue.
