This FML is from back in 2011 but it's good stuff
United States
Reflex
Today, I fed my cats their usual dinner of canned cat food. Without thinking, I put the spoon I had used for their food into my mouth so I could use both hands to rinse the can before recycling it. FML

pet food is regulated by the fda and should be just as good for you as a can of soup. they did that because homeless ppl were buying pet food cause it's cheaper than ppl food

FDA regulates pet food too cause they found ppl who were poor were eating it as a cheaper alternative to soup

Not so bad, but I could imagine it would have been really gross... If it had chunky bits. : S

Enjoy the food that is so crappy that the FDA won't let us eat it, yet probably costs more than your average can of Campbell's.

Yuck! This FML made me want to vomit! I have to feed my cat canned food (long story having to do with the whole science diet thing a few years back) and that stuff stinks so bad! I'm sorry OP, next time place one or the other on the ground!

#28, you would be mistaken about thinking just because the FDA approves things, then it's safe. Many people are fooled into thinking this, they are NOT here to protect us! If you take the time to read up on their fine print, it clearly states that it is the "sole responsibility" of the provider to "ensure the safety of its products." Take monosodium glutamate (MSG), for example, it has been "approved by the FDA" Yet it's also been proven to not only cause cancer, but rappidly increase cancer cells as well. Studies have also shown it to be one of the leading causes of dementia and alztimers disease. Does the medical world reveal this? Absolutely not! Know why? Because the 'medical' world is ran by the pharmicital companies, and if you do your research, it is tied directly to the FDA approving meds that purposefully do not work; essentially causing consumers to spend more money for things not to cure them. My point, do NOT trust things just because they're FDA approved.

PS: Watch my comment be moderated for speaking the truth. it's a conspiracy I tell you!

MSG is ******* delicious though.

Oh god, how is msg related to the pharmaceutical companies in a way that is significant. Any shred of truth in what you say is obliterated by what sounds like regurgitated thoughts.
