Not how it works...

Collection
Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I got an A+ on a writing assignment. My teacher asked me three times if I really did write this article myself, and didn't memorise an article from the Internet. FML
Today, after having too many projects for end of term, I asked to borrow my sister's paper that she used for the same class last year. After submitting it online, I found the example paper that the teacher handed out. My teacher used my sister's paper from last year as an example for us. FML
Today, I got cited for "internet plagiarism" and called to the dean's office. I'd been sitting a closed-book written exam, and my teacher had been breathing down my neck the whole time. FML
Today, I finished my position paper for my social studies class and read it to my mom to get her opinion on it. After I'm done reading it, she asks me if I copied it from somewhere because it sounded very professional and smart, and it didn't sound like me. FML
Today, I turned in my homework. Too bad I accidentally handed in the printed answer sheet I found online to copy from. FML
Today, after extensively researching how to properly use in text citations out of fear of my professor reporting me for citing my quotes incorrectly. She reported me instead for forgetting quotation marks on three of my proudly and properly cited quotes. FML
Today, my AP teacher once again accused me of plagiarism. Apparently the words "demise," "ultimately," and "rural," are too sophisticated for an 11th grade AP student to use and MUST have been copied from the Internet. FML
Today, I collected my students' final essays. One of them submitted a printout of a screenshot he took with his phone. Too bad a browser address bar was still in the shot, along with a "click to read more" link at the bottom. My students are too dumb and lazy to even plagiarize properly. FML
Today, I turned in an overdue English assignment at college. My instructor accused me of plagiarism, writing that my sentence structure was "TO" good. Seriously? FML
Today, my teacher called a friend and me out of class and told us we had been reported for plagiarism because our answers to a problem were nearly identical, and he said that I shouldn't have shared my work. This for an assignment where significant marks were awarded for collaborating with peers. FML
Feel like sharing it with the other FML users?

To be fair she could, she'd fail, but she could do that.

And get a F if not a disciplinary hearing as a result

That's where you sit back, let it happen and laugh all the way to your very own A

This. Definitely this. My first thought was that if she's determined that she can and won't listen to you saying otherwise, (which i assume you did), then just sit back and laugh when she fails. And if you're in high school and there are times when she does that and actually gets a good grade (cause I realize there are some teachers are too lazy care), don't be upset, because there will come a time when a teacher will catch on and she'll fail miserably. If she somehow gets through all of high school like this, then it'll be really funny when she gets to college, gets in trouble and is told she can't do that, then has no idea how to do an assignment properly because she doesn't know how to do anything other than plagiarize. Either way it will bite her in the butt.

How is this your problem? Let your classmate fall on their own sword. And if it's still bothering you afterwards report them.
