Today, I got cited for "internet plagiarism" and called to the dean's office. I'd been sitting a closed-book written exam, and my teacher had been breathing down my neck the whole time. FML

Today, my teacher called a friend and me out of class and told us we had been reported for plagiarism because our answers to a problem were nearly identical, and he said that I shouldn't have shared my work. This for an assignment where significant marks were awarded for collaborating with peers. FML
Today, I turned in an overdue English assignment at college. My instructor accused me of plagiarism, writing that my sentence structure was "TO" good. Seriously? FML
Today, I got yelled at for 10 minutes by my head of department for failing one of my students for plagiarism, because, "we can't be sure." It was my work he plagiarised, but because it's not in our system, it doesn't count. FML
Today, at school, I got in trouble for plagiarizing on a paper. The subject of said paper was where I see myself in ten years. FML
Today, my AP teacher once again accused me of plagiarism. Apparently the words "demise," "ultimately," and "rural," are too sophisticated for an 11th grade AP student to use and MUST have been copied from the Internet. FML
Today, I got my results on a recent, important midterm. During the exam, I'd noticed my instructor had accidentally left an answers page in the test packet, so being honest, I didn't look at them. It turns out she did it on purpose to help us pass. I failed. FML
Today, I took a final for my law class. As I was taking the test, I noticed the girl on my left copying off me. I wrote all the wrong answers on my sheet while writing the correct answers on my desk hoping she would copy the wrong answers down. I forgot to write the correct answers on my test. FML
Today, I got a paper back that was given a zero for suspected plagiarism. Everything I wrote was my own thought and analysis. My instructor basically thinks my paper is smarter than I am. He won't listen, even when I explain my thought processes throughout the piece. FML
Today, I tried to turn in a final exam online. When I went to check if it had been submitted, Blackboard told me it did. My grade told a different story. FML
Today, I got the best grade in class on my economics midterm. Rather than tell me I did a good job, my professor criticized me in front of everyone about how I was working "too hard". FML

It really does sound like the teacher has it in for you. It isn't a hard one to fight, but if the Dean sides with the teacher, it may be impossible to win. Sadly, that may be what happens.

Wouldn't dismiss the teacher's claims, because one of my classmates actually did just that. He took essays from the internet, and memorized them word for word. He was incredibly bad at English (I live in Germany), so whenever we had a test coming up, he'd look up essays on whatever topic we were discussing and memorized them. Our teacher was pretty confused what to do about it when he found out, since it still IS plagiarism but takes a lot more effort than just writing a decent essay in the first place. I highly doubt anyone would accuse OP of plagiarism if they had no proof whatsoever. You don't have to actively sit there with the source materal during the exam for something to be consideded plagiarism.

Here's a simple test for plagiarism: Google the phrases in question. If they are indeed plagiarized (even if several words have been changed), you'll get the original source. I've also had students 'memorize' an essay from the internet and try to use it in class. They usually garble it badly.

Many teachers are receiving a software that highlights all plagiarized content even if words have been replaced or switched around and will give a source. Our history teacher ran all essays through it, supposedly.
