Today, I accidentally stumbled on a method of getting my job done in about a third of the time, so my boss made it mandatory for all employees. Unfortunately, my coworkers now can't slack off pretending jobs take 2-3 hours, and their constant petty revenge bullying is driving me mad. FML

Today, my boss told me that my attitude to work is awesome and that he'd follow my example of coming in half-an-hour early every day from now on. I relish those 30 minutes as the only time I can get work done without him constantly interrupting me. So much for that. FML
Today, I had a huge amount of work to get through. Two colleagues offered to help, because one had nothing else to do, and the other couldn't work until I was done. My boss got really pissed at me for "making" them do my job and wasting their time. FML
Today, my colleague came back from vacation so I no longer have to do her job on top of mine. My bosses saw this as the perfect occasion to barge into my office every five minutes to hand me tasks. When I asked for a ten-minute break to do a task that needed concentration, they barged in again after five minutes. FML
Today, I was scolded by my boss, all because I can finish most tasks in a quarter of the time it takes him, and he doesn't want to be shown up. FML
Today, my boss told me that people from work have been complaining about me. Apparently, I'm not doing part of their jobs for them, and the other manager sometimes does. FML
Today, my boss reprimanded me for not finishing my work on time. Yesterday, she cut an hour from my schedule every day until further notice. FML
Today, my boss yelled at me for leaving on time. After months of management hounding us about our overtime, I get in trouble for doing what I was supposed to do. FML
Today, while trying to get my boss to reconsider laying off much of my department, I accidentally convinced him to lay me off too. FML
Today, my boss continued to orchestrate behind the scenes with my colleagues to make me look bad for her lack of organization. Then she showed up 10 minutes late to a meeting, shared that she needed a vacation, and realized that she needed to micromanage less. I've been asking her to make that change for months. FML
Today, some of my coworkers have complained that I don't do my share of the work, though they can't specify exactly what I'm not getting done. Apparently, being too efficient and finishing first means I mustn't have done anything at all. The supervisor sided with them. FML

You painted yourself out of a job, and then you ruined it for everyone else. Did you get triple the pay for doing triple the work? I didn't think so. You should have done the job your new way, then use the remaining time to get really good at FreeCell.

I feel like when you say accidental as in your boss caught you doing it faster As in you didn’t intentionally go to him showing him your method of doing your work As a person in manufacturing it’s pretty much our jobs to be as efficient as possible or the company may not survive Any who goofing off for a little bit isn’t bad but hours that’s just ridiculous

Sorry you're getting bullied at work. It sucks, and if you brought it up, I can see where you didn't have any foresight into what it would entail. Usually you just keep that info to yourself unless you're extremely overloaded and the new way makes it so you actually have TIME during the day (Not having to work off hours) to complete things that need to be. It's a win/lose situation depending on what it is. You and your coworkers are there to do a certain job, and if it were your company and someone saved you hours by each person? You'd be extremely thankful. I hope your company respects you. :)

Why in the world would you do a job faster?. If they tell you to go grab a box, walk a mile to the box tearing approved spot then come back and take another box and repeat, why would you go against that?!

Sounds unprofessional that your boss mentioned that it was you in the first place that made it this way. Your boss sounds young mentally
