Nightmare

Today, I'm struggling with my mental and emotional health, as well as my marriage. Our 25 year-old daughter, who is failing at adulting, wants to move back in after only being gone for slightly over a year. I love my child, but she's a nightmare to live with. I'm gonna run away from home. FML

Fall

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.

Same thing different taste

Make sure if/when she moves in there are reasonable ground rules that everyone can live with. Once she’s there, it’s too late to come to that understanding. Bear in mind that she’s an adult and will have her own personal life. If she has a job, insist on her paying something towards her living expenses - That should help keeping her from becoming a permanent dweller. If she doesn’t have a job, unless it is medically impossible, insist she look for and find a job so she can pay something towards her living costs - This will ultimately make it possible for her to eventually move back out but you shouldn’t have to point that out. Finally, I suggest something like family counseling because it sounds like there are things that need to be dealt with.

Pretty normal 63% of single adults between the ages of 20 and 29 live with their parents.
