Today, while at work, I was picking up paper in the bathroom. In one stall I saw what I thought was a wadded piece of the brown paper to dry your hands. It wasn't until I realized it was sticking to my bare hand that I realized it was feces. Human feces. FML

For those of you wondering about the emphasis on "Human", this was when I worked maintenance in a truck stop, and it really wasn't uncommon for people to trail animal shit throughout the entire store. On why I wasn't wearing gloves, talk to most janitors/maintenance personnel who've been doing their jobs for longer than a few years. Majority, not all, but majority will tell you that gloves are more hassle than they're worth, with the exception of a few circumstances i.e. contact with blood and fecal matter. I wasn't wearing gloves because I was doing a quick walkthrough before the end of my shift, just picking up scraps here and there, and really wasn't expecting to need gloves or a broom and dustpan. Thanks for all the comments, though ^.^
