Today, it's been exactly two years since I got my last raise, and the amount I'd got still allows me the luxury of being able to afford a Snickers bar every month. FML

Something is always better than nothing OP.. And quick question, why do you still stick on there..?? Get your a** out and start looking for a job that appreciates you and the work you do, rather than sticking at a place where your talents are not appreciated. Get out and look, you will get. :)

Congrats. I haven't had a raise since I got my job five years ago, because the government froze all non-union healthcare wages. Meanwhile the cost of gas has gone from 53cents/L to $1.37/L and the cost of living keeps going up.

Go to other job interviews. Then when you have something, put in your two-weeks notice and done! Work someplace where you feel respected.

demand a raise, if they appreciate you as a worker they will give you one, if they dont tell them to shove the job up their a** and throw a snickers at them :-)

Umm... I'm pretty sure that's a lie because minimum wage is $10.59 so u could get like 5 snickers bars a day :-p
