Today, I found out that I'm failing this semester because I've missed too many classes. I've missed the classes because I've been having panic attacks, a symptom of my anxiety disorder. I got the anxiety disorder because I was so afraid of failing school. FML

Today, I was talking about phobias and anxiety disorders in psychology class. I nearly had a panic attack because I was worried that someone might realize I suffer from them. FML
Today, in health class we were watching a documentary about anxiety. My teacher asked if any of us often feel anxious. I was too anxious to raise my hand, and went into a minor panic attack. FML
Today, I found out that what I thought could be a life-threatening issue causing me chest pains was only because I over-obsessed about it. Now not only do I have social anxiety, but I get so anxious I can create fake illnesses. FML
Today, I had a anxiety attack about taking my anxiety medicine. FML
Today, I realized that I needed a new job when I had to take anti-anxiety medication before meeting with my boss. Last time we met, I had a panic attack. FML
Today, I had an extreme panic attack in the middle of class. I interrupted another person's presentation, burst into tears, and ran out of class whilst everyone looked at me. FML
Today, I had a panic attack while giving a presentation on how to breathe to avoid having panic attacks. FML
Today, because of my anxiety, which causes me to procrastinate, I left an assignment until the last minute. I got 18/40 and it was a 'must pass' to complete the unit. I don't know whether to just say fuck it and drop out now, or continue and do the final exam for this subject. FML
Today, it's one week until I have to attend a public speaking event that is mandatory to graduate where I live. I have severe social anxiety and even worse stage fright. Not attending the event, even with a tremendously sound excuse, will bar you from graduation. Hopefully I don't suffer a panic attack. FML
Today, at school, I have to do a 45 minute presentation with a girl who has panic attacks so bad that she cries, runs out of the room, and sometimes passes out. This presentation terrifies her and it's a major part of my final grade. FML

Smoke some weed. That will help with the anxiety. Also, realise that there is more to life then good grades. They help sure but they are not the be all and end all. And life really begins after you finish school. Not during.

Speak with your school's disability services. I've had the same thing happen to me before, and it ish totally not cool.

ya i have anxiety and panic attacks but i talk to my favourite teacher about things that bother me and might cause me to have an anxiety attack and she really helps and is really understanding. i suggest you talk to your favourite same gender teacher. if it helped me im sure it will help you

everyone who says smoke weed is ******* stupid. he's trying to keep his mind clear for school not be high and forgetful. A real Dr would prescribe lorazepam used for anxiety. weed makes it worst, and better for some people. lorazepam is anti nausea as well.

The dopamine hormone is released when you smoke weed and it excites the brain, causing paranoia and even more anxiety especially if you're in class. I'd suggest not smoking unless you're trying to relax before bed, as your brain is calm and it will be a more pleasing then stressful since your mind isn't busy doing anything
