Today, my boss dropped a highly important and dense report on my desk that had to be finished by the end of the day. After the initial panic attack and hours of scrupulous work, I finished. She then asked me to pick up the revised copy, where my name was replaced with hers. FML

Today, due to being stressed and overwhelmed by my tasks, I made a mistake and completed a few of my colleagues' tasks as well. When I informed my boss about it, he said that I did an outstanding job, but I shouldn't have messed with other people's documents. As a result, my promised raise is cancelled. FML
Today, I finished a huge project for work. It took 3+ days and I was very proud of it. Except when I submitted it to my boss, he said that he'd already asked another person to do it. He used that person's project, not mine. FML
Today, I finished a very important but annoying presentation that took four hours to complete. Only after writing a paragraph to explain the presentation and sending it to my boss did I realize that I saved the document as "Shit I have to do to get a promotion." FML
Today, my boss finally checked the presentation I have been working on for three weeks. She called me into her office, and told me everything was dreadful, and requested me to start from scratch. It's due in half an hour. FML
Today, my boss made me type up my own written warning, where I had to trash myself and describe my own "shocking incompetence". All the department heads are going to receive a copy of this. FML
Today, I finished and turned in the last of the 17 major projects for the company I work for. As I was walking out of my boss's office, I heard her ask her assistant, "She finished everything we didn't want to do, can we fire her now?" FML
Today, I had a huge amount of work to get through. Two colleagues offered to help, because one had nothing else to do, and the other couldn't work until I was done. My boss got really pissed at me for "making" them do my job and wasting their time. FML
Today, I was fired because of a "poorly executed" task. My boss claims that I just copypasted an existing document in a new file; I was instructed exactly to take the document and move its content to a new table without changing anything. It was discussed beforehand, but looks like his own messages are not a proof. FML
Today, my boss asked if I could spare a few minutes to finish off the last of his paperwork backlog. I'm pretty desperate for a raise, so I said sure. Turns out the "small", "should-take-a-few-minutes" backlog consists of 3 desk-high stacks of documents. Goodbye, cruel world. FML
Today, one of my colleagues was asked to rewrite an entire project, which I wrote last week. I'd spent more than 4 days writing it. FML

Definitely take this to her boss, do not stand up for that at all. If nothing happens, start looking for another job ASAP. Nobody deserves to be treated like that in a workplace.

If she wants to take credit, fine. After she puts her name on the report, revise it again and make the report really bad. Then look for a new job.

If you do confront her about it, be sure to set your phone to record. If she has no scruples about putting her name on your work, doing something like deliberatly include errors will only give you a powerful enemy (that can follow you to other jobs, by references). 1 Check your phone or other recording device to ensure the resulting quality is good. 2 Confront your boss and respectfully ask your name is kept on the report as it is your work, include the reports name (and before you enter her office, her name and the date). 3 If the boss accepts this fair demand, all is well, she need not know she was taped. If she refuses or threatens you, now you have evidence to bring to her boss or the HR department. 4 Reap the benefits of your actions, good or bad. Be sure you can handle all the sane and a couple insane reactions.

Idk about Hong Kong, but where I'm from, it's illegal to record someone without their knowledge or consent. But that is a good idea, if you can get them to agree (on the recording).

Email correspondence works, but most states allow recording of private conversations especially in a context of a non-criminal act.

When my job got a new supervisor for one department he kept bringing me his work to do even though I didn't directly work for him. One day my boss saw me working on it and asked me why I had all of his work. I said that I thought it had been cleared by her turns out it hadn't. I was doing all the work of the supervisor in a different department's job. Oh well, my boss saw the work I could do and ended up giving me a raise so it was worth it I guess.
